Letter of Recommendation
Please provide the name, phone number, and e-mail address of your advisor or mentor supervising the work who can be contacted to provide a letter of recommendation. When you submit your application, an email requesting a letter of recommendation will be sent to this person. Please notify him/her to expect this e-mail. It contains instructions on how to submit a letter NOTE: Letters must be in by the application deadline. To permit our recommendation system time to operate and your recommender time to write, please request your letter in a timely fashion. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their recommenders are aware of the emailed letter request and the application deadline. If a recommender encounters a problem with the letter submission process, s/he should email sufficiently ahead of the application deadline to guarantee timely letter submission.
